Designed and implemented an intranet portal for a multi-location aged care franchise to manage caregiver onboarding, franchisee analytics, and content resources—all unified in Microsoft 365.
Client Background: A growing home-care provider operating a franchise model across multiple Australian states needed better tools to engage franchisees, monitor performance, and manage compliance.
Challenge: Field operators lacked centralised access to brand assets, onboarding content, and performance dashboards—resulting in delayed training and inconsistent service.
